Base rate plus tonnage pricing. We do not include tonnage in our base price. Tonnage is billed separately based on what your load's weight is. You don’t pay for what you don’t use.

15-Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

Prohibited Waste
In partnership with our vendor, we have assembled a list of Items that can not be disposed of in our dumpsters. Please take the time to read over this list and convey this information to anyone that is loaded your dumpsters.
- Household garbage (general rule of thumb; if food touched it, it is not allowed)
- Liquids of any sort, including paints (including solidified paint and paint products)
- Absorbent material containing fluids (kitty litter, pads, etc. that has been used for cleanup of spills.
- Sealed barrels, containers, totes, etc. Empty containers must be "triple rinsed" offsite prior to acceptance.
- Vehicle/ATV/Lawn & Garden Batteries (household batteries, 'D', 'C', 'AA', 'AAA', etc. are permitted).
- Electronics larger than a shoe box; Examples are any size TV, monitor, fax machine, printer, computer/laptop or computer parts.
- Petroleum based products; including tar, oils, adhesives, etc.
- Fluorescent light bulbs, ballasts, and other bulb types larger than a typical "lamp" bulb.
- Dead animals of any size.
- Hospital/medical equipment, parts; including x-rays, needles, medications and other "medical" supplies.
- Tires that are not quartered, split or shredded.
- Sludge, grit trap waste, grease (restaurant waste).
- A/C units, refrigerators, freezers, or similar items that is not "tagged" demonstrating that the refrigerant has been evacuated.
- Regulated PCB, hazardous, and radioactive waste not specifically mentioned above.
- Car/Truck parts not emptied of fluids offsite.
- Large, industrial capacitors.
- Mattress and Box Springs are accepted with a $10 fee
General Rules
- Dumpster Doors Make sure the door to the dumpster is fully closed and latched before calling for a pickup. Door must be closed so we can load and haul the dumpster.
- Be mindful of weight The maximum weight we can legally haul is 5 tons. If you exceed this limit penalties will be applied. If you have heavy materials like Concrete, Rock, Bricks, Tile, Dirt, Grass Sod… please understand what that material weighs and how much you can load and not be overweight. Please call the office if you have questions
- Do not overload dumpster All debris must be at or below the lip of the container. We must be able to tarp and secure the load before hauling
- Wind Restrictions In winds over 27 MPH, the landfill will not accept light loads, cardboard, trash, or lightweight materials. with sustained winds of 35-40 MPH. the landfill will close
